Overview

The Plan has been engineered to quickly compensate you for introducing new members to our travel savings portals and the business opportunity. The plan allows for you to create a generous residual income for your continued hard work. An individual may become a member who joins for the sole purpose to save money and is not required to build a business (sponsor or sell memberships).

Fast Start Bonus*

As a Member you can receive a $35.00-$105.00 commission from the first order (with commissionable volume) from your personally sold team memberships. Each new person or company you sell a membership to, is eligible for this program.

Team Pay*

As your team grows, you will receive Team commissions from not only those people you have personally referred, but from the purchases of the people they have referred as well. A “Team”, meaning two, is simply having two teams, a left team and a right team that grow from you and others who add new team memberships that have selected to enjoy the travel savings portals. Also, your team members may help in creating additional commissionable volume by selling new memberships and having recurring membership dues in your team. You will be paid a percentage, of 20% based on your lesser team (weak leg) commissionable volume.

Any unused volume is rolled forward to the next pay period. All used volume is deducted after commission run is completed.

Matching Bonus*

This bonus program rewards the commitment to selling recurring memberships and to help those members succeed. You will receive additional commissions up to a 20% match of what your personally referred team members earn from their Team commission, as well as up to a 20% match of what their personally referred team members earn from their Team commission. Matching bonus is paid up to 5 sponsorship levels.

Referring Members*

Referring Members are individuals who join the company for free. Those individuals are able to receive Fast Start Bonuses only for any memberships that they sell. They are not eligible to earn any other features of the compensation plan. Referring Members also do not have access to the travel savings portals.

GETTING QUALIFIED TO EARN

There are no additional upfront charges beyond your first purchase and business tracking system to become a member. Your very first order will assign you an identification number, provide you with a free website, and entitle you to participate in a generous commission plan.

QUALIFYING VOLUME

The first of two qualifications to earn commissions is that you order or sell a membership that creates at least 35 BV.

Remaining qualified to earn commissions on customer and down line team member’s purchases requires the personal purchase of your membership access with a corresponding volume of at least 10 BV on the monthly anniversary date of your previous order.

Commissions are paid on the assigned volume value. A single monthly purchase of 10 BV qualifies you to earn commissions from the retail, fast start, and Team pay bonuses and gets you access to the TTW Hotel and Resort travel savings portal. A monthly purchase of 20 BV qualifies you to earn commissions from the retail, fast start, and Team pay bonuses and gets you access to the TTW Hotel and Resort travel savings portal as well as the Condo savings portal and the Cruise savings portal.

FAST START BONUS

The Fast-Start Bonus pays a $35.00-$105.00 commission to the referring member on memberships that they personally sell plus they receive BV on each sale.

As an example, a rep that personally sells 3 memberships in any given month with 35-105 commissionable volume will earn $105.00-$315.00 in Fast Start Bonuses.

Qualifying: Team Commissions

The requirement for earning Team commissions is that you must have personally sold two memberships that are currently active with 10 BV, one placed in your left leg and one in your right leg. As you add personally referred team members below you, and those Team Member’s add member’s underneath themselves, you will experience growth in each of the “legs” beneath you.

The team business volume requirement (BV) must accumulate at minimum of 200 in total team volume with a 50% of volume being split between the 2 legs. Once all qualifications are met, you are now ready to begin earning Team pay commissions.

MATCHING BONUS

You may earn Matching Bonus on your team members up to 5 generations deep within your organization.

Active Personally Enrolled: 2 left, 2 right

Members meeting all qualification requirements are eligible for 20% match on Team Income earned by your second generation team members and 20% match on Team Income earned by your first generation team members.

3 Star Matching Bonus:

Monthly Personal Cycles: 50
Active Personally Enrolled: 3 left, 3 right

Members meeting all qualification requirements are eligible for 20% match on Team Income earned by your third generation team members, 20% match on Team income earned by your second generation team members, and 20% match on Team Income earned by your first generation team members.

4 Star Matching Bonus:

Monthly Personal Cycles: 75
Active Personally Enrolled: 4 left, 4 right

Members meeting all qualification requirements are eligible for 20% match on Team Income earned by your fourth generation team members, 20% match on Team Income earned by your third generation team members, 20% match on Team income earned by your second generation team members, and 20% match on Team Income earned by your first generation team members.

5 Star Matching Bonus:

Monthly Personal Cycles: 100
Active Personally Enrolled: 5 left, 5 right

Members meeting all qualification requirements are eligible for 20% match on Team Income earned by your fifth generation team members, 20% match on Team Income earned by your fourth generation team members, 20% match on Team Income earned by your third generation team members, 20% match on Team income earned by your second generation team members, and 20% match on Team Income earned by your first generation team members.

ADDITONAL COMP PLAN DETAIL

Comp Plan Definitions

Active - A rep who has a 10 PBV or 20 PBV order on the monthly anniversary of the previous order *All bonuses in the compensation plan require reps to be ACTIVE in order to earn commissions.

PBV – Business Volume that is credited to you personally when a product is purchased by you. This is also known as personal business volume.

WLV - Also known as weak leg volume, is the leg in your organization with the lesser amount of volume for the commission day being considered for bonuses.

Team Qualified – A rep who is Team qualified and has at least 1 ACTIVE personally enrolled Affiliate or higher on the Right and Left leg during the pay period.

Comp Plan Features

Retail Bonus- A rep may earn unlimited retail bonus on all personal customer orders as long as the rep is active with a monthly 10 PBV or 20 PBV order.

Unlimited Carryover Volume - A rep will be allowed to ‘bank’ any unused volume from either leg from day to day so long as the rep remains ACTIVE and TEAM qualified. A rep that becomes inactive or is not Team qualified, forfeits all carryover volume. A rep may begin to build carryover volume again once he or she places a 10 PQV order and becomes active.

Additional Comp Plan Rules

60% Companywide Team and Match Cap – TTW is committed to paying our reps the highest commissions in the industry. TTW will pay up to 60% of all company volume for the pay period through the Team, and Match Pay bonuses. Payouts of these bonuses will be capped companywide at 60% of company CV.

Any other documents or verbal promises made to you that are not reflected in this document should be considered inaccurate or unofficial. Each distributor is personally responsible for his or her own account.
